1. Shipping

Pro-mate products
- Flat rate $5.00: US Domestics.
- Flat rate $20.00: International.

Other Products
- Minimum shipment is $50.00 due to high cost of handling.

We pay shipping on all orders $250 and over. Shipping is via UPS ground. Orders under $250 pay $5.00 for UPS ground shipping. Free shipping and $5.00 shipping is available only in the Continental United States. AK, HI, and the Islands should call for information on postal rates.

All methods of UPS and USPS shipping are available. We only offer UPS Ground shipping through our website. If you would like to receive your product via another method of UPS shipping (i.e. Overnight, 2 Day, etc.) please call and we will give you a price for that shipping method. Note: UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. US Post Office Priority Mail delivery is availble but different rates may apply. In order to keep our prices low, we reserve the right to ship packages via the most cost effective method (including USPS First Class for small/light items). If you have questions about shipping methods or costs please call our Customer Service number at 1-888-977-6628.

Generally, orders received before 11:00AM EST are shipped that day (if the item is in stock). If the item is temporarily out of stock you will receive an email with further information. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST will normally be shipped the following business day. Occasionally, we receive a large number or orders in a short period of time. Should we recieve an influx of orders, your package may not ship the same day but will be shipped as quickly as possible (in the order it was received). Should this occur we will not email you as we will be devoting all personnel and energy toward getting packages processed and shipped. If the item you are ordering is extremely time sensitive contact us by phone for availability and delivery estimates, to ensure we can meet your deadline.

Shipping Information: Many factors affect the delivery time frame of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the following: weather delays, UPS or USPS issues, or extended manufacturer backorders. We reserve the right to delay a package if we cannot verify correct information for shipping, billing or other pertinent reasons. If your package is substantially delayed you will be contacted for information. Packages are picked up daily by UPS Monday - Friday (except holidays).

Note to APO/FPO Customers: We gladly ship to APOs/FPOs. As a policy we will split the shipping costs with the customer with a minimum charge for shipping of $5.00. When placing an order simply check UPS Ground Shipping. Once your package is packed and weighed you will receive an email with the shipping cost and the charge will be made to your credit card upon your approval. Packages up to 10 pounds will generally cost a recipient between $5.00 and $10 to any APO/FPO. We ship these packages via USPS. Email or call if you have questions.

Note to AK, HI, APO/FPO and International Customers: Due to Postal Regulations we CANNOT ship any liquids or sprays to you. If you have questions please call us for clarfication berfore ordering.

Note to ALL International Customers: After placing your order you will receive an email with a shipping quote. We ship all international orders through the U.S. Postal Service. Once we receive an email or phone call from you authorizing the shipping costs we will ship your package. We cannot estimate any charges your country may assess for Customs or Brokerage fees. You should find out this information before ordering. ALL of the clippers we sell are designed for U.S. power outlets. We cannot speculate on how they may work with 220V or any other power supply. Please check and be sure before ordering. All returns on international orders must be postage paid by customer. We cannot ship liquids or aerosol sprays via Airmail.

Due to an increase in fraudulent orders we reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address other than the credit card Bill To address on record with the Credit Card issuer. In the event this affects your order, you will be notified prior to shipping.

2. Damages

We are not responsible for damage in transit; you must notify the carrier at the time of delivery. For damage found later, you must contact the carrier for concealed damage claim.

3. Returns

Damaged and defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days. We proudly offer a 30 day warranty on most items you purchase from Our Web-site. We cannot accept returns on the following items once they have been opened (for sanitary reasons): straight razors, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, etc. You can return other merchandise by shipping it to PO Box 1880, Palatine, IL 60078

After 30 days please refer to the individual item for the manufacturer's warranty. Of course, we are always glad to help you contact any manufacturer for assistance. If you have any questions call our Customer Service at 1-888-977-6628.

4. Prices

Prices are subject to change according to manufacturer pricing. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing, we reserve the right to correct any information, including pricing and/or procuct description errors, at any time. However price is subject to change without notice and goods will be billed at price in effect the day of shipment.
